What you'll do

In this role, you will support the end-to-end management of cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing provider experiences. You will collaborate with various teams, including Service Operations, Network, and Claims, to drive initiatives that contribute to improved service delivery. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. You will report to the Associate Director of Provider Experience Strategy and participate in team meetings to discuss progress and next steps.

What we offer

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $98,400 - $129,150 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
