You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly with enterprise clients, and understand the importance of building trusted relationships with executives and operational stakeholders. Your ability to advocate for customers internally ensures their needs are met and their outcomes are achieved. You thrive in complex environments and are comfortable navigating cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives. You possess strong communication skills and can articulate customer needs to various stakeholders effectively. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and opportunities for your customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You are passionate about solving customer problems and have a strategic mindset that aligns with business goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Socure, you will act as a trusted advisor to our most valuable enterprise customers, focusing on executive alignment and success planning. You will lead initiatives such as executive business reviews and governance forums, creating visibility and reducing risk for your customers. Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Solution Consultants, you will ensure that customer outcomes are consistently met and that our solutions drive measurable results. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for their needs within the organization, and ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes with our products. Your role will involve strategic planning and execution, as well as regular communication with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and processes that enhance the overall customer experience.
