Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise in repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels sets you apart in the automotive industry. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality repairs that meet customer expectations. Your experience in a fast-paced environment has equipped you with the skills to work efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. You are eager to join a team that values innovation and utilizes state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center.

Desirable

Experience with advanced PDR techniques and tools is a plus, as is familiarity with automotive repair processes. A background in customer service will enhance your ability to communicate effectively with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the repair work.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and performing repairs using PDR techniques.
