You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, demonstrating your expertise in heavy bodywork techniques. Your skills include heavy plastic welding, metal pulling, straightening, and stud welding, which are essential for repairing multiple panels effectively. You are also capable of performing roof and rocker panel repairs, as well as large area bodywork, including Bondo repair. Your experience allows you to train and mentor other autobody technicians, fostering a collaborative environment in the workshop.
You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You understand the importance of meeting deadlines and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to ensure that vehicles are delivered on time. Your ability to communicate effectively and work well with others makes you a valuable addition to the Carvana team.
