What you'll do

In this role, you will practice psychiatry with the freedom to choose your schedule and practice setting, whether that be office-based, telemedicine, or a hybrid model. You will receive qualified patient referrals directly from SonderMind, eliminating the need for you to invest in marketing or patient acquisition. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care to your patients. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy while benefiting from the operational support provided by SonderMind, which includes billing and credentialing services.

You will also have access to weekly office hours with the Medical Director and opportunities for peer consultation, ensuring that you have the support you need to deliver high-quality care. This position allows you to focus on what you do best—helping patients—while SonderMind takes care of the business side of things.
