Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Framingham, MA. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles, performing final sanding, and painting, utilizing state-of-the-art tools. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You are familiar with the processes of priming vehicles, sanding, and painting, and you take pride in your craftsmanship. You are a team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and are open to learning and growing your skills further. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with buffing, touch-up, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques would be a plus. Familiarity with high-tech tools and equipment used in automotive painting is also desirable. A willingness to participate in training programs to enhance your skills and career progression is encouraged.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and sanding them to ensure a smooth finish. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers to perform your tasks efficiently. Your role will involve mixing paint to achieve the desired color and consistency, as well as applying paint to vehicles with precision. You will also be responsible for buffing and performing touch-ups to ensure that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that the painting process runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the team.
