Carvana is hiring for entry-level automotive roles, including Detailer and Lot Attendant. You'll be responsible for vehicle detailing and moving vehicles within the Inspection Centers. This position requires a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
You are looking for an entry-level position in the automotive industry and are eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. You possess a valid driver's license and have the physical capability to operate vehicle equipment and tools, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently. You are at least 18 years of age and are ready to take on the responsibilities that come with working in a production environment, which may include exposure to various weather conditions. You understand the importance of safety and are willing to use protective equipment as required.
While not required, any previous experience in automotive detailing or related fields would be beneficial. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills will help you succeed in this role. You are comfortable working in a team and can adapt to changing tasks as needed.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to choose from several positions, including Detailer, where you will be responsible for detailing vehicles by washing, cleaning interiors, and buffing exteriors to ensure they meet Carvana's high standards. As a Lot Attendant, you will move vehicles from one department to another within our Inspection Centers, ensuring that the workflow remains efficient. If you take on the role of Photobooth Associate, you will capture high-quality photos of vehicles to showcase them to customers. As an Inspection Associate, you will inspect vehicles for any imperfections or defects, ensuring that they are ready for sale. You will receive training to help you excel in your chosen role and contribute to the overall success of Carvana.
