What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will benefit from comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultation and ongoing professional development. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you. Your commitment to exceptional psychiatric care will be essential as you partner exclusively with experienced PMHNPs to ensure high-quality treatment for your clients.
