Who you are

You are a skilled handyman with experience in property maintenance and repair. You understand the importance of keeping homes in excellent condition and are comfortable performing a variety of tasks, from basic electrical and plumbing work to proactive maintenance of major appliances. You are friendly and professional, ensuring that homeowners feel at ease while you work in their spaces. You take pride in your craftsmanship, ensuring that every job is completed to a high standard.

You have a reliable work ethic and are able to manage your time effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule. You are adaptable and willing to take on various responsibilities, from hanging holiday lights to troubleshooting home systems. Your attention to detail is evident in your work, and you strive to leave every home better than you found it.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for proactive maintenance of member homes, which includes keeping major appliances and home systems maintained on an established schedule. This might involve replacing filters, checking batteries, and performing other similar tasks to ensure that homes run smoothly. You will also handle home repairs, such as mounting artwork, patching drywall, touching up paint, and adjusting fixtures. Your skills in basic electrical and plumbing work will be utilized as you install light fixtures, replace light switches, troubleshoot outlets, and clear clogged drains.

Additionally, you will assist with other property management tasks, which may include picking up packages, taking in the mail while homeowners are away, and performing minor tasks like filling car tires with air. You will work closely with the property management team to ensure that all services provided meet the high standards expected by our members. Your role is crucial in enhancing the homeownership experience for our members, making their lives easier and more enjoyable.
