Overview

SonderMind is seeking a Licensed Psychiatrist to provide personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. You'll have the flexibility to practice in various settings while contributing to improved mental health outcomes. This position requires a valid psychiatrist license in Georgia.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a Licensed Psychiatrist currently residing in Georgia, committed to making a difference in people's lives through personalized, evidence-based psychiatric care. You understand the importance of a multidisciplinary approach and are eager to collaborate with a strong clinical team led by experienced professionals. You are looking for a full-time or part-time contract position that allows you to practice psychiatry in a way that aligns with your vision.

You value flexibility in your work environment, whether that means having an office-based practice, practicing telemedicine, or adopting a hybrid model. You appreciate the support that comes with being part of a community that prioritizes high-quality care and improved outcomes for clients. You are ready to leverage tools and resources that enhance your practice, including scheduling assistance and patient communication channels.

What you'll do

As a psychiatrist at SonderMind, you will provide evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to the needs of your clients. You will have the opportunity to build and grow your practice with robust support and measurement-based care techniques. You will also have access to exclusive insurance payor access, including streamlined credentialing for major insurers, which will help you focus on delivering care without administrative burdens.

You may optionally participate in medical behavioral integration models, collaborating with primary care physicians and other healthcare practices to support whole-person health. Your role will involve not only treating patients but also contributing to a community that values mental health and well-being.

What we offer

SonderMind provides a supportive environment where you can practice psychiatry as you envision. You will have access to tools that facilitate your practice, including secure Video Telehealth® and assistance with insurance credentialing. The company is committed to improving the lives of clients and those delivering care, ensuring that you have the resources needed to succeed in your role. You will also enjoy the freedom to set your own working hours, allowing for a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle. Pay rates can go up to $230 per hour, depending on your provider license type and session types.
