What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to maintain a schedule that works for you. You will also benefit from comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows.

You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical excellence. You will maintain complete control over your treatment decisions while SonderMind handles the credentialing, billing, and practice development support.
