Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience and are skilled in performing extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics, and you are comfortable repairing advanced vehicle electrical issues. You have experience installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, and you can perform diagnostics and repairs on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles. You are committed to using state-of-the-art tools and techniques in your work, ensuring that you stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to a team that values innovation and efficiency. What you'll do

As a Lead Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repairs and diagnostics.
