Headway is hiring a Principal, Prescriber Clinical Quality to lead clinical quality monitoring initiatives and optimize workflows. This role requires collaboration across various teams to enhance mental healthcare access.
You have extensive experience in clinical quality management, particularly in the mental health sector, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance. Your background includes working cross-functionally with diverse teams, ensuring that clinical practices meet high standards of quality and safety. You are adept at developing frameworks for clinical quality monitoring and have a proven track record of implementing effective evaluation programs.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex clinical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess clinical data critically and make informed decisions that enhance patient care. You are passionate about improving mental health services and have a deep commitment to making therapy accessible to all.
In this role, you will spearhead Headway's clinical quality monitoring initiatives, focusing on the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation Program. You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams to build robust clinical quality frameworks. Your responsibilities will include optimizing chart review workflows and ensuring that all clinical practices align with regulatory standards. You will lead efforts to enhance the quality of care provided by our network of mental health professionals, ultimately contributing to a more accessible mental healthcare system.
