What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to design a schedule that works best for you. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support.

You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills. Your responsibilities will include treating patients, managing your practice's growth, and collaborating with a network of professionals dedicated to evidence-based care. You will also be involved in practice development initiatives that align with your professional goals and the needs of your patients.
