Auto Painter (2nd Shift)

Who you are

You have a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to handle various painting tasks with precision and care. You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-quality work that meets the standards of the automotive industry. You understand the importance of teamwork and are willing to collaborate with others to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment, ready to take on challenges as they arise. You possess a valid driver’s license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English, ensuring effective communication within the team.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before the painting process begins. You will mix paints to achieve the desired colors and finishes, ensuring that each vehicle meets the company's quality standards. Your role will also involve buffing and touch-up work to perfect the final appearance of the vehicles. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the painting process. You may be required to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will participate in training programs offered by Carvana to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
