You are a licensed psychiatrist looking for a practice model that allows you to focus purely on clinical care without the burdens of business management. You value clinical autonomy and are interested in a flexible work schedule that can accommodate both in-person and telemedicine sessions. You appreciate the support of a structured organization that handles administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on patient care.
You have experience in psychiatry and are comfortable working with a diverse patient population. You are open to both full-time and part-time opportunities, and you understand the importance of maintaining a work-life balance while providing high-quality mental health services. You are also interested in collaborating with other mental health professionals for peer consultation and support.
At SonderMind, you will practice psychiatry without the typical business headaches. You will have the freedom to focus on clinical care while we manage patient acquisition, scheduling, and billing. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows, and we will handle all credentialing with major insurers, including Medicare. You will also benefit from qualified patient referrals delivered directly to you through our provider directory and marketing efforts.
You will have the flexibility to choose your practice model, whether it be office-based, telemedicine, or a hybrid approach. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy while enjoying the support of our operational team. This role allows you to supplement your current practice or transition to a more flexible model without the financial risks associated with traditional private practice.
SonderMind provides a unique opportunity for psychiatrists to practice without the overhead costs typically associated with private practice. You will have access to weekly office hours with our Medical Director for clinical support and peer consultation opportunities.
