Skyryse is hiring a Senior Systems Test Engineer to contribute to the development of test equipment for aerospace systems. You'll focus on electromechanical actuation system testing and work closely with design engineers. This role is based in El Segundo, CA.
You have a strong background in systems testing, particularly in the aerospace sector, with experience in developing and validating test equipment against product requirements. Your expertise in electromechanical systems allows you to ensure that test setups accurately simulate real-world conditions, validating performance and reliability effectively.
You thrive in high-tempo work environments and are adept at executing and supporting systems test activities, ensuring that test objectives are met on schedule. Your ability to develop, implement, and maintain test procedures and documentation is crucial for supporting avionics systems and subsystems integration.
As a Senior Systems Test Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting system-level integration efforts in the Systems Integration Lab (SIL). You will collaborate closely with design engineers to support integration and system checkout activities, utilizing deployed test assets in lab environments. Your role will involve executing test activities that are critical to the success of our aerospace systems, ensuring that all testing is thorough and meets the required standards.
