What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with strategic support from SonderMind. You will have the opportunity to treat your practice as your primary professional focus, collaborating with physicians and utilizing comprehensive business support to grow your ideal caseload. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy over treatment decisions while benefiting from free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive Medicare access. You will also have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Additionally, you will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director and engage in ongoing professional development to ensure clinical excellence.
