Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Painter to join their team in Framingham, MA. You'll be responsible for professional automotive painting and blending panels. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive painting.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills in blending adjacent panels and paint correcting vehicles are well-honed, making you a valuable asset to the team. You are a team player who is committed to meeting the demands of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
Experience with high-tech tools and equipment in automotive painting is a plus. Familiarity with the latest automotive painting techniques and trends will help you excel in this role. A willingness to participate in training programs to further enhance your skills is encouraged, as Carvana values continuous learning and development.
As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for executing high-quality automotive painting tasks in one of our state-of-the-art Inspection Centers. You will apply various types of paint and finishes to vehicles, ensuring that each job meets the company's high standards for quality and aesthetics. Your role will involve blending adjacent panels to achieve a seamless finish, as well as correcting any paint imperfections to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets.
You will also be expected to utilize the latest tools and technologies in automotive painting, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the painting process. Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that every vehicle leaves the facility looking its best. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on the latest techniques and best practices in the industry.
