What you'll do

In this role, you will practice psychiatry with the support of SonderMind, which manages all the business aspects of your practice. You will have the flexibility to choose your working hours and the option to conduct sessions in-person, via telemedicine, or in a hybrid model. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy while benefiting from the operational support provided by SonderMind, including patient acquisition and scheduling assistance.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychiatric care to your patients, ensuring that their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. You will have access to weekly office hours with the Medical Director for clinical support and peer consultation opportunities, fostering a collaborative environment among clinicians. Your role will also involve managing your own patient schedule and securing your own location for in-person sessions, with assistance from SonderMind in connecting with other clinicians for shared space if needed.
