As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be a key member of the Fleet Maintenance team, responsible for ensuring that our Class 8 fleet is safe and reliable. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on our trucks and trailers, ensuring they are operating at peak performance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in internal training programs, including classroom time for DTNA ARC Certification.
You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with opportunities for overtime. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and collaborating with your team to maintain high standards of vehicle uptime. You will also benefit from a tool allowance and boot allowance to ensure you have the right gear for the job.
Carvana offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $24 to $36, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
