What you'll do

In this role, you will build your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will receive comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers and guaranteed pay for completed sessions, including no-shows. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. You will also participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills.
