Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in automotive interior repair and/or glass repair, showcasing your ability to handle various repair tasks with precision and skill. Your expertise includes repairing damaged cloth, leather, plastic, vinyl, and other upholstery materials, ensuring that every vehicle meets high standards of quality. You are adept at color matching and dying cloth and fabric, which is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the vehicles you work on.

In addition to your interior repair skills, you possess a strong background in glass repair, including the ability to fix stars, bullseyes, combination breaks, cracks, and scratches in windows and windshields. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results make you a valuable asset to the Carvana team.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Interior Repair/Glass Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on automotive interiors and glass. Your day-to-day tasks will include repairing damaged upholstery, center consoles, seats, dashboards, and headliners, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. You will also be tasked with color matching and dying cloth and fabric to restore the interior aesthetics of the vehicles.

In addition to interior repairs, you will handle glass repair tasks, including fixing various types of damage such as stars, bullseyes, and cracks in windows and windshields. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of the vehicles we sell.

You will work in one of Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to perform your repairs efficiently and effectively. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail will ensure that every vehicle is ready for delivery to our customers.
