Kikoff is hiring a Product Ops Associate to support the success and smooth operation of their products. You'll assist in diagnosing product issues and gathering user feedback. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in B2C Tech or product operations.
You have 1-2 years of experience in B2C Tech, Consulting, or a fast-paced start-up environment — your background has equipped you with the skills to thrive in a collaborative setting. You are detail-oriented and customer-focused, eager to learn and grow within a dynamic team. Your strong project management skills enable you to align internal and external stakeholders effectively, ensuring that products receive the operational support they need from inception to long-term maintenance.
You possess analytical experience, allowing you to diagnose and prioritize product issues in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to conduct customer interviews and gather feedback on features ensures that product support needs are accurately assessed and fulfilled. You are proactive in driving policy changes while maintaining product changelogs and determining long-term risk factors.
As a Product Ops Associate, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of Kikoff's products. You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that products have the necessary operational support throughout their lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include identifying, diagnosing, and addressing user issues, coordinating closely with stakeholders like Product Managers and the Fraud team to ensure timely action.
You will manage post-launch operations, which includes conducting follow-ups, compliance tracking, and metrics monitoring to ensure product stability and success. Your role will also involve gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product improvements and operational processes. You will be instrumental in maintaining a collaborative environment where team members can thrive and contribute to the overall success of the product.
