What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. You will participate in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and engage in peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills.

You will be responsible for treating patients with a personalized approach, ensuring that each individual receives the care they need. You will also have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you.
