You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. You are skilled in using water-based paint and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality automotive painting. You understand the importance of attention to detail and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets the highest standards. You are adaptable and willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer demands. As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our state-of-the-art paint booths. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect finish on every vehicle. Your role will involve using advanced tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results while adhering to safety protocols. You will work the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Thursday, and may be required to work overtime based on business needs.
