Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration across departments. What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Finance Systems, you will shape Agoda's finance technology strategy, leading teams focused on ERP Solutions, Finance Data & Analytics, and Fintech Solutions. You will drive the evolution of finance systems architecture, ensuring that platforms are robust and scalable to meet the needs of a growing global business. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also champion the adoption of next-generation technologies, including GenAI, to innovate and improve finance processes. Your leadership will empower your teams to experiment and leverage data-driven insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
