You are an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in managing key account relationships across various industries. You thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment, and you possess sharp commercial acumen that enables you to drive growth through cross-selling and upselling. Your ability to build strong relationships with enterprise merchants is key to your success in this role.
You understand the unique needs of merchants and are adept at providing them with payments expertise and guidance. You are a born networker, skilled at navigating complex commercial landscapes and identifying opportunities for growth. Your proactive approach ensures that you are always looking for ways to enhance the success and satisfaction of your merchants.
In this role, you will be fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants. You will drive growth by increasing the share of wallet through effective cross-selling and upselling strategies. Your insights will be invaluable as you work closely with key contacts at our largest enterprise merchants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
You will collaborate with various teams within Adyen to deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. Your role will involve understanding market trends and customer needs, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that drive merchant success.
