Overview

Headway is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Marketing to lead and scale their paid media programs for a B2B audience. You'll work with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics to drive demand and customer acquisition. This role requires significant experience in paid marketing strategies.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in paid marketing, particularly in managing and scaling paid media programs for B2B audiences. Your expertise includes SEM, paid social, and other digital channels, allowing you to drive demand and customer acquisition effectively. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to measure and optimize campaign performance.

You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and managing a team. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about using data to inform marketing strategies. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, ensures that marketing efforts align with overall business goals.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with the mental health landscape. You are adept at A/B testing and can leverage insights to refine marketing strategies continuously. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders effectively.
