You have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in wheel and rim repair — you understand the intricacies of repairing deep wheel damage and are familiar with the tools and techniques required for high-quality repairs. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary.
You are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry — if you are joining in an entry-level position, you will have access to training programs that will help you develop your skills and advance your career. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring you can collaborate with your team and understand instructions clearly.
As an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that all repairs meet the company's high standards. You will utilize a wheel repair machine and apply paint and clear-coat to wheels, ensuring a professional finish.
