Associate, Provider Experience Strategy

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the end-to-end management of cross-functional projects that aim to enhance provider experiences. You will work closely with various teams, including Service Operations, Network, and Claims, to drive initiatives forward. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, collaborating with team members to implement improvements, and contributing to the overall strategy of the Provider Experience team. You will report to the Associate Director, Provider Experience Strategy, and participate in team meetings to align on goals and progress.

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $88,560 - $116,235 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits.
