Who you are

You have a strong background in policy development and a deep understanding of community engagement within digital platforms. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective strategies that enhance user experience and compliance. You are adept at analyzing complex issues and providing actionable recommendations that align with organizational goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across various departments. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively ensures that policies are understood and embraced by all team members. You are passionate about supporting creators and enhancing the platform for both creators and fans.

Desirable

Experience in the media or community platform space is a plus, as is familiarity with creator economy dynamics. You may have a background in legal or compliance roles, which would further enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of platform policies. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in the evolving landscape of digital content distribution will set you apart.

What you'll do

As the Distribution Policy Lead at Patreon, you will work closely with key stakeholders to refine and implement policies that govern how creators and fans interact on the platform. Your role will involve analyzing existing policies and making recommendations for improvements based on user feedback and industry trends.
