You have a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and you bring over 10 years of relevant industry experience in battery management systems or related architecture roles. Your proven experience in developing battery management solutions using the latest embedded controllers and mixed signal peripherals sets you apart. You possess strong leadership skills and have a knack for customer interfacing engagement, allowing you to understand system requirements and define comprehensive solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work on cutting-edge technologies that impact all battery-based Apple products.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing future BMS technologies, collaborating with a hardworking team of engineers in a highly reciprocal and multi-functional environment. You will bridge cross-functional teams to understand product needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the BMS domain teams. Your engagement will span both short-term objectives for upcoming products and long-term roadmap planning covering hardware, firmware, and algorithms. You will lead initiatives that establish and pursue the BMS roadmap, ensuring that all aspects of battery management systems are addressed effectively.
