You possess strong leadership skills and have a knack for customer interfacing engagement, allowing you to understand system requirements and define comprehensive solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work on cutting-edge technologies that impact all battery-based Apple products.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing future BMS technologies, collaborating with a hardworking team of engineers in a highly reciprocal and multi-functional environment. You will bridge cross-functional teams to understand product needs and translate them into actionable requirements for the BMS domain teams. Your engagement will span both short-term objectives for upcoming products and long-term roadmap planning covering hardware, firmware, and algorithms. You will lead initiatives that establish and pursue the BMS roadmap, ensuring that all aspects of battery management systems are addressed effectively.
