Justworks is hiring a GTM Field Activation Manager to drive the execution of strategic go-to-market plays across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Who you are

As a GTM Field Activation Manager, you have a comprehensive understanding of revenue roles and a customer-first mindset. You are solutions-oriented and an agile collaborator who can quickly translate strategic goals into actionable resources for frontline teams. You thrive in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment and are eager to build something meaningful while having fun.

You have experience in driving execution of strategic go-to-market plays across various teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Your ability to leverage data and tools enhances program impact, making you a valuable asset to the organization. You are passionate about creating effective field toolkits and campaign-level activation efforts that align with key growth priorities such as upsell, retention, and channel motions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive the execution of strategic go-to-market plays across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. You will own the creation of field toolkits that provide frontline teams with the resources they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include designing strategic programs that leverage multiple channels to enhance customer engagement and drive growth.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure that campaign-level activation efforts are aligned with key growth priorities. This includes upsell initiatives, retention strategies, and channel motions. You will analyze data to measure the effectiveness of these programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to ensure that everyone is equipped to execute on the go-to-market strategies. You will also be responsible for communicating updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
