Scaler is hiring a Business Strategy Manager to enhance client relationships and improve sustainability data solutions. You'll work closely with Product and Commercial teams to optimize the client journey. This role requires expertise in client strategy and sustainability data.
You have a strong background in managing client relationships and a passion for sustainability — your experience in real estate investment workflows allows you to understand client goals and challenges deeply. You excel at translating complex data needs into actionable solutions, ensuring that clients receive the insights they require to make informed decisions. Your ability to manage and validate large datasets ensures accuracy and regulatory compliance, which is crucial in the sustainability sector.
You are proactive in identifying risks and process bottlenecks — your analytical mindset helps you resolve issues before they escalate, contributing to a seamless client experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the client journey from onboarding through renewal. Your creative thinking enables you to integrate innovative solutions, such as AI and automation, into existing workflows, driving efficiency and value for clients.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end client relationship, ensuring that clients are onboarded effectively and receive ongoing support throughout their engagement with Scaler. You will actively manage client workstreams, balancing priorities and timelines while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include understanding client data needs and translating them into scalable platform solutions that enhance asset performance and reduce environmental impact.
You will lead initiatives to improve onboarding processes, documentation, and feedback mechanisms, turning recurring client needs into scalable playbooks. Your contributions will shape how Scaler delivers value at scale, ultimately impacting clients' journeys toward achieving net-zero carbon goals. You will also play a key role in refining Scaler's client service model, ensuring that it aligns with the company's mission of promoting sustainability in the real estate market.
