HelloFresh is hiring Pick & Pack staff to help deliver fresh meals across Australia. You'll be responsible for picking and packing ingredients in a cold environment, with opportunities for training. No prior experience is necessary.
You are ready to join a fast-paced, friendly team in Sydney and are eager to contribute to delivering fresh, delicious meals to homes across Australia. You enjoy staying active and working with your hands, and you are motivated to be part of something big. While previous experience in the food industry is highly regarded, it is not necessary as training will be provided. You are physically fit, punctual, reliable, and possess a proactive, can-do attitude. You can work autonomously as well as in a team environment, and you have great attention to detail.
In this role, you will pick and pack a variety of ingredients in a cold environment, ensuring that all items are handled according to GMP/Site rules. You will be responsible for labelling boxes, replenishing stock, and using both manual and electrical pallet riders, depending on your assigned tasks. You will work in various areas including kitting, assembly, and consolidation, moving dollies and crates as per box guides. General housekeeping duties will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. You will adhere to OH&S regulations and maintain the required pick rates throughout your shifts.
