Carvana is hiring a Lot Driver to operate motor vehicles for auction activities. You'll safely move, stage, and park vehicles while ensuring compliance with driving rules. This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
You are at least eighteen years old and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You have basic computer skills and are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. You understand the importance of safety and are committed to following driving rules and principles. You are detail-oriented, able to perform walk-arounds on vehicles, and note any damages before moving them.
As a Lot Driver, you will operate motor vehicles on the premises to support auction activities. Your primary responsibilities include safely moving, staging, and parking vehicles in the correct lot areas. You will drive vehicles to and from designated areas, pick up and deliver vehicles while adhering to auction driving rules. On sale days, you will line up and park vehicles as directed by the Lot Manager or designated supervisor. You may also be required to inflate tires, jump-start vehicles, and fill gas tanks when necessary. Additionally, you will assist customers, including dealers and account representatives, as needed.
