Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Automotive Dent Removal Technician to join their team in Rocklin, CA. You'll be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on vehicle panels using specialized techniques. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise allows you to repair smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer expectations. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
While not required, any additional certifications related to automotive repair or customer service experience would be beneficial. Familiarity with state-of-the-art tools and technology in automotive repair is a plus, as is a proactive attitude towards learning and skill development.
As a Mid-Level PDR Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicle panels.
