You are a skilled Diesel Technician with experience working on Class 8 trucks and trailers. You enjoy problem-solving and are dedicated to ensuring vehicle uptime and safety. Experience with ASE certification is a plus, as is familiarity with DTNA ARC Certification. You may also have a background in fleet maintenance or similar roles, which will help you excel in this position.
As a Diesel Technician at Carvana, you will be a key part of the Fleet Maintenance team, ensuring that our Class 8 fleet is safe and reliable. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on day cabs and trailers, all under manufacturer warranty, which means you will not be responsible for major engine overhauls or roadside calls. Your role will involve diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all vehicles meet safety standards. You will also have the opportunity to participate in internal training programs, including classroom time for certification.
You will work closely with other technicians and team members to foster a supportive and collaborative environment. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our fleet, helping to revolutionize the car buying experience at Carvana. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of your work and communicate effectively with your team and management.
