You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on optimizing incentive programs and driving user engagement. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and data science, to deliver impactful results. You possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance user experience while maximizing business outcomes.
You are adept at stakeholder management and can effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Your experience includes developing and executing product roadmaps, conducting user research, and utilizing A/B testing to refine product offerings. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about creating solutions that meet user needs and drive business growth.
As a Senior Product Manager at Instacart, you will own the delivery of hundreds of millions of dollars in incentive spend. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize our incentive programs to generate the most ROI for the business while ensuring that customers receive the most relevant offers. You will work closely with engineering, machine learning, and data science teams to develop strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
You will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on product goals and objectives. Your role will involve analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions, as well as defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives. You will also be responsible for communicating progress and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Additionally, for Canadian-based candidates, the base pay ranges from CAN $158,000 to $175,000 CAD, along with eligibility for new hire equity grants and annual refresh grants.
