You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating a high level of skill in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your expertise extends to blending adjacent panels and correcting paint on vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets industry standards. As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring that each vehicle meets the company's quality expectations. You will be expected to work the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 3 AM, Monday through Thursday, and be open to mandatory overtime as needed to meet business demands.
