What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with strategic support from SonderMind. You will treat your practice as your primary professional priority, committing at least two days a week to practice growth. You will collaborate with dedicated coaches to build your ideal caseload and receive comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers.

You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while SonderMind handles credentialing, billing, and practice development support. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. Your responsibilities will include managing patient care, developing treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality psychiatric services.
