Headway is hiring a Recruiting Manager, Sourcing to lead a team of sourcers in building top-of-funnel pipelines for critical roles. You'll collaborate closely with business leaders to ensure effective hiring strategies. This position requires strong leadership and sourcing expertise.
You have a proven track record in recruitment, particularly in sourcing top talent for both business and technical roles. Your experience includes leading teams and developing effective sourcing strategies that align with business needs.
