You are an experienced Benefits Manager with a strong background in developing and implementing benefits strategies. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are highly data-driven, analytical, and take ownership of your work. You enjoy collaborating with others and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. You understand the importance of equitable and competitive benefits practices in attracting and retaining top talent.
You have a proven track record of providing comprehensive benefits support to leadership teams, including program design and administration. You are skilled at analyzing data to provide strategic insights into benefits design and structure, ensuring that practices remain competitive in the Americas region. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is one of your key strengths.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the Global Rewards + Mobility, People, and Business Leadership teams to develop and implement benefits strategies that align with the company's goals. You will provide comprehensive benefits support, including program design and administration, to ensure that the benefits offered are attractive and competitive. You will analyze data to provide insights into benefits practices and make recommendations for improvements.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that benefits practices are equitable and meet the needs of employees across the Americas region. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that benefits programs are effectively communicated and understood by all employees. You will play a key role in shaping the benefits strategy for Adyen, contributing to the overall growth and scale of the company.
