You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience, showcasing your ability to handle extensive repairs and heavy engine work. Your expertise includes advanced vehicle diagnostics, allowing you to troubleshoot and resolve complex automotive issues effectively. You are skilled in repairing advanced vehicle electrical systems and have experience with installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems. Your knowledge extends to working on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles, demonstrating your versatility in the automotive field.

You are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you service meets the necessary regulations and customer expectations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to utilize state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center. What you'll do

As an Experienced Auto Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing extensive repairs and diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles. Your day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing advanced vehicle electrical issues and executing repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance. You will also be involved in installing, repairing, and replacing vehicle refrigerant and recovery systems, contributing to the overall functionality of the vehicles you service.

You will work Monday through Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2:15 AM, taking advantage of the shift differential offered. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques, ensuring that you can effectively service both traditional and modern vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to mentor entry-level technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. You will also participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share insights, and collaborate on improving service processes.
