What you'll do

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Agoda, you will lead the recruitment process for various roles across the organization, focusing on attracting high-quality candidates who align with our company values. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet those requirements.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers — your expertise will ensure that we maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the process. You will also implement innovative sourcing techniques to reach passive candidates and expand our talent pool.

In addition to recruitment, you will play a key role in enhancing our onboarding programs — you will work with the People Team to ensure that new hires have a seamless transition into the company, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed.

You will actively participate in employer branding initiatives, promoting Agoda as an employer of choice in the travel industry — your efforts will help us attract top talent and build a strong reputation in the market.
