SonderMind is hiring a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to build a thriving psychiatric practice with strategic support. You'll focus on practice growth and collaborate with a dedicated team. This role requires a minimum of two years of PMHNP clinical experience.
You are a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Arizona with at least two years of clinical and prescribing experience. You understand the importance of building a sustainable psychiatric practice and are ready to invest time and effort into your professional growth. You view your practice as a primary professional priority and are committed to delivering exceptional psychiatric care. You thrive in collaborative environments and appreciate the value of strategic support in practice development. You are dedicated to evidence-based care and personalized treatment approaches, ensuring that your patients receive the best possible outcomes.
In this role, you will focus on building your psychiatric practice with the support of dedicated coaches and thoughtful client matching to create your ideal caseload. You will maintain complete control over treatment decisions while benefiting from comprehensive business support, including free credentialing with major insurers. You will engage in weekly office hours with the Medical Director, Dr. Harris Strokoff, and participate in peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills. You will have the flexibility to choose between office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice, allowing you to create a schedule that works for you. Your responsibilities will include managing patient care, developing collaborative physician relationships, and investing in the foundational elements that drive long-term success in your practice.
SonderMind provides a supportive environment for seasoned PMHNPs looking to grow their practices. You will receive guaranteed pay and billing, with bi-weekly payments for completed sessions, including no-shows.
