Agoda is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to nurture relationships with key supply partners and drive mutual growth. You'll engage with C-level stakeholders and apply strategic insights to enhance business performance. This role requires strong analytical and relationship management skills.
You have a strategic mindset and a proven track record in account management, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry. Your ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders is complemented by your analytical skills, allowing you to derive insights from data to drive business decisions. You excel in building and maintaining relationships, ensuring that both Agoda and its partners achieve mutual growth. You are innovative and proactive, always looking for new opportunities to enhance the partnership and improve performance.
As a Strategic Account Manager at Agoda, you will be the primary contact for our accommodation partners, responsible for nurturing these key relationships. You will identify and acquire new sources of supply and product offerings within your assigned territory while maintaining existing partnerships. Your role will involve engaging with C-level stakeholders to co-develop Joint Business Plans, leveraging data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive growth. You will apply your project management skills to define business questions and diagnose challenges, ensuring that both Agoda and its partners are aligned in their goals and strategies. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partner needs are met and that Agoda's offerings remain competitive in the market.
