Adyen is hiring an Implementation Manager to oversee new implementations and enhancements for their growing portfolio of merchants. You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure successful integrations. This role requires a solid understanding of technology and integration design.
You have a solid understanding of technology and integration design, with hands-on experience in project management. You are consultative and technical, able to guide merchants through the design, development, testing, and launch phases of their integrations with Adyen's platform. You are focused on ensuring an exceptional merchant experience throughout the project lifecycle.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy tackling unique technical challenges at scale. Your ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders is key to your success. You are motivated and driven, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the merchant experience.
As an Implementation Manager, you will manage new implementations and enhancements for Adyen's portfolio of merchants. You will be the primary point of contact for merchants' technical teams, guiding them through the integration process. Your responsibilities will include consulting, troubleshooting, and launching scalable technical integrations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of the merchants.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in the integration process and implementing solutions that enhance the overall experience for merchants. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that Adyen remains a leader in the financial technology space.
