Overview

SPAN is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth and activation of their installer and distribution network. You'll engage partners and guide them through onboarding while building strategic relationships. This role requires strong communication and business development skills.

Who you are

You are a driven and adaptable Territory Sales Manager with experience in business development and relationship building. You thrive in engaging high-potential partners and guiding them through onboarding processes, ensuring their success in a new category. Your strong communication skills and business acumen enable you to deliver tailored pitches that resonate with customer needs. You understand the importance of strategic planning at the territory level and are eager to contribute to a sustainable future through electrification across diverse industries.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage inbound interest from prospective installer and distribution partners, engaging leads and qualifying their fit for SPAN's offerings. You will lead onboarding and activation calls for newly authorized partners, ensuring they are set up for success. Your responsibilities will include delivering clear, tailored pitches that highlight SPAN’s product value and program benefits, adapting discussions based on customer needs. You will also enable existing partners to deepen their engagement and increase their sales volume. Participation in key market visits, including field events and trade shows, will be essential to support your efforts in building relationships and driving sales.
